Sunny Conservatory

The stone flagged conservatory is light and airy with seating comfortably accommodating 12 people. It is very popular with our guests who enjoy the feeling of being outdoors. If walking and cycling are too energetic, or if you are enjoying a break away with friends or family sit back, and gaze into the forest and enjoy true tranquility on your holiday in North Yorkshire.

Relaxing Outdoors

The outside terrace provides several table and chairs for guests to sit and listen to the varied birdsong in the adjacent forest or to watch the wild roe deer that occasionally graze in the open meadow behind the cottages.

Follow the freshly mown tracks through the meadow to picnic areas to enjoy the space, peace and wonderful air on that well deserved holiday in North Yorkshire.

Bootroom and Laundry Facilities

For those on a walking or cycling holiday in North Yorkshire, we have a heated bootroom for wet walking and cycling clothes and boots. Laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board) are available.

Cropton Forest Lodge Cottages

Meadow`s Edge, Brock Cottage and Willows` End are accessed through the conservatory and a stone flagged, covered arched corridor with views over the courtyard. Each cottage has 2 steps up into the ground floor living areas. All cottages have full central heating and Cropton Forest Lodge has its own large private parking area adjacent to the cottages.

For everyones greater comfort and enjoyment on their holiday in North Yorkshire, the Cropton Forest Lodge Cottages and guest areas are totally non smoking.
